Preparing a really tasty nasi lemak dish is no walk in the park . One must know the importance of all key parts to a great tasting nasi lemak dish. The sambal is the most important part of this dish. No , i stand corrected , its the heart of the dish. It has to be exquisite to be deemed worth eating or else , your preparation will be quickly forgotten.

The 'package' arrives.
And on time. Nasi Lemak Express 's Nasi Lemak Ayam Rendang priced at RM7.80 . Lunch comes knocking.
The first thing that i found appealing was the simple packaging that it came in. The foil container retained the heat and it was divine to inhale the aroma of the rendang and the nasi upon opening the 'package' . The second winning point is the dish's preparation that was clean and proper. Portions was porportionate which included - Adequate rice , anchovies and nuts , (an exquisite tasting dried prawn sambal originating only from the east coast of malaysia) , cucumbers , and a piece of chicken rendang with rendang sauce. All packed neatly in the package. It is easy eating , as how eating should be.
Now , here comes the magic - It is exceptionally tasty !!! You can tell that the chicken rendang was done well as it was soft and very tender. The sambal is distinctly good - sweet and spicy , the egg - fresh and the anchovies crispy. All in , the overall taste was above par and very satisfactory. Its good to know that Nasi Lemak Express maintains its food quality in its dishes even in high volume orders ( we ordered 10 packets at RM78.00 - the minimum online order amount).
